Too Much Vigorous Exercise

Women are at risk of the female athletic triad, a series of symptoms that result from too much exercise, low body weight, and adrenal fatigue. According to a study from Brazil, half of all exercising women in the study experienced subtle irregularities in their cycle, while 1/3 of the women had amenorrhea.
