Full-Fat Milk
Full-fat milk, not the soy or almond stuff, is high in both fat and protein, which can help burnt skin to heal. Seeing as most people keep their milk in the fridge, the cold temperature can also help to sooth the skin. Again, a washcloth or cotton ball can be soaked in the full-fat milk before being applied to the burn or, if possible, the are can be submerged in it for 15 minutes. If you don’t happen to have any full-fat milk on hand, you can use full-fat unsweetened yogurt instead- don’t worry if it’s yogurt with berries as this can actually help provide the skin with essential antioxidants.
