4. Blurred Vision
Although vision changes are common as we age and experiencing blurry vision can also be a result of tired eyes (especially for those of us who spend hours a day looking at screen), it can also be a sign that you might have prediabetes. Another symptom is the inability to focus. Therefore, if you happen to experience any of these, talk to your doctor.
Luckily, if caught early, maintaining your blood glucose levels should alleviate these symptoms. However, speak to your doctor since issues with your vision can be a sign of glaucoma, Multiple Sclerosis, and other more serious health conditions.
