If you are only able to catch Z’s 6 hours or less a night, you are at an increased risk of developing prediabetes. Some ways to ensure that you get more sleep is to have a consistent bedtime, limiting your intake of sugar and caffeine, and try to avoid the use of electronics before you head to bed.
