Loss of appetite


Ovarian cancer disrupts the normal process of metabolism (the process by which food is broken down to avail energy) in the body. As a result, the patient experiences a sudden loss of appetite. This loss of appetite may was not usually felt by this patient under normal circumstances when they were not suffering from ovarian cancer.
