Berries
Berries contain a lot of fiber, are low in calories and they are easily available. Members of the berry family, like strawberries, blackberries or raspberries have a fiber content of about two to four grams per serving.
Berries are super convenient! They can be taken either as a snack on the go or can be mixed with your favorite cereals and desserts, trying a high fiber cereal will also help. Adding berries to your cereal not only makes the food sweeter but makes it more fiber-rich as well.
