Foot cramping
Foot cramps are capable of giving you sleepless nights. They have become somewhat common and happen when a muscle gets involuntarily stiff and cannot relax. The pain is unbearable and will tend to be more frequent as we age.
Foot cramps can indicate a number of health issues. To begin with, it can mean that you lack some nutrition in the body or you are just dehydrated. On a more severe note, it can indicate problems with your circulation and nervous system. It is recommended that you take foods that are rich in calcium, potassium, and magnesium to get more nutrients in your body.
To relieve your foot cramps, you can take a warm foot bath to help increase the blood circulation in the muscle of the feet. Or, you can try to stretch your toes towards your nose. For more stubborn pain, it is recommended that you see your podiatrist to have a thorough check up and ensure that you are not having any circulatory or nerve complications.
