Fever
Fever is another common gallbladder problem although other symptoms like abdominal pain usually accompany it. If you experience fever and stomach pain, you may have gallbladder problems. According to Mayo Clinic, the gallbladder can suffer from inflammation when gallstones are trapped inside causing cholecystitis.
Inflammation in the gallbladder is caused by an increase in the amount of bile in the gallbladder because of blockage. If left untreated, the inflammation can become life-threatening. For instance, the gallbladder can rupture. If the organ isn’t removed immediately, it can cause a severe infection that can cause death.
