Get Outside
Nothing is better for your mind and body than fresh air. One of the best practices you can take up is to take short breaks away from work and stepping outside. On lunch break, go for a walk. At home, try removing yourself from the couch every few hours to keep the blood flowing.
It has been proven in scientific studies that walking around outside in nature not only makes you feel happier, but it boosts creativity and is excellent for weight management.
