Journal
If you do not keep a journal, you should. Those who have achieved great things always write down their thoughts to some extent. Just look at Leonardo Da Vinci, who kept a very messy but thoughtful journal. While you don’t have to be like him exactly, you can keep a notebook of your own to help you remember certain details, keep to schedules, or even just unload some thoughts.
Many people choose to have a daily journal or go for bullet journals. You can also choose to write about positive experiences, things that you learned that day, or you can even write down what you did at the gym or what you ate. Mainly, though, you want to use your journal as a way to process your emotions and reflect. The more you reflect, the better you can understand why some things happen. That makes you more flexible in life.
