Wake Up Early
One trend you will notice with successful people is that they follow the advice about “early to bed, early to rise” makes a person “healthy, wealthy, and wise.” Many say that they wake up around 5:00-5:30 am, take time for themselves, like whipping up a cappuccino or taking the dog for a walk, before getting to work. Some will think about daily goals. Others write out to-do lists or notes of affirmation.
Waking up early is a great way to get silence in a world that is always constantly busy. If you find yourself needing some alone time, waking up a very hours before everyone else can help.
