Start Off With Meditation
Everyone experiences stressors throughout the day. Without preparing yourself for that stress beforehand, you run the risk of getting triggered and exasperated later on. Many successful people say that they begin their mornings with a yoga or meditation practice, since they can relax their bodies while considering what must be done later in the day.
Of course, meditation does not always have to be breathing practices. You can take a quiet moment to ask yourself questions or focus more on making and eating a healthy breakfast with your family. Do something that helps you connect with yourself.
