Avoid Coffee
Too many people are revved up on caffeine, and that is not always a good thing. Caffeine is indeed wonderful and stimulating. It can wake you up relatively quick in the morning, and it can get you through more droll moments at work. However, too much caffeine can also be affecting your health inadvertently. For example, if you are having trouble sleeping, caffeine could be to blame.
If you want the benefit of caffeine and a burst of antioxidants, teas may be better. The caffeine content is lower, so those who are more sensitive to the stimulant won’t be overloaded. It is just one way to get more work-life balance.
