Be Joyful
To be productive, you need to compartmentalize many things throughout the day. As mentioned before, this might mean prioritizing certain steps in a long list of goals. This can also mean put time into your schedule where parts of your brain are switched on or off. In other words, make time for joy in your life that goes beyond work or home responsibilities.
Make work time solely for work. Have play time that has nothing to do with your job. Being joyful will help you stay creative, happy, and efficient. Going to bed joyful is even better for your sleep. You will be able to fall asleep much easier if you are not stressed about the next day the night before.
