Track Your Route
There are lots of apps out there that will map your run and track your progress. Seeing a map of your run will give you a sense of accomplishment that will keep you motivated to keep going. Plus, it’s a good way to explore alternative routes.
Whether you’re running a 7k route, or just going around the block a few times, keep your destination in mind and track your route and progress.
