Menus
One thing you don’t think about when dining at a restaurant is how many hands have, well, handled that menu before you. The host or server, other guests, and so on. Rarely are those menus cleaned. Therefore, it should not be a shock when you learn that a single menu can carry up to 200,000 strains of bacteria.
No, you can’t avoid touching that menu, unless you have it memorized already; so once you have told the waiter what you want for lunch or dinner, you best head to the restroom to wash your hands.
