Irregular bleeding of the vagina
This is an early symptom that is not very commonly known. It has been noted in about a quarter of patients that suffer from ovarian cancer. The vaginal bleeding, which is irregular is often not consistent with the normal menstrual cycle. There are other variations that may be noted in the vagina include an unexpected appearance of blisters and sores around the areas of the vagina, a variation in the skin color of the vagina, or having a very thick discharge from the vagina.
