Carrots
We all know that carrots are packed with beta-carotene, which is good for eye health. However, carrots are also a good source of fiber, including soluble fiber – that can help you excrete low quality cholesterol through your stool.
Carrots have also been shown to help maintain a feeling of satiety. British researchers conducted a scientific study and noted that individuals who ate carrots felt fuller for longer periods of time than individuals who ate other kinds of food.
