Protect Your Hands From Sun Damage
You know how you are constantly warned by doctors and dermatologists about the effect UV rays has on your face? The same rules about sun damage apply to your hands as well. Your hands, much like your face, have thinner sections of skin that can become sunburned and dried out fast.
Do not risk it. The damaging effects of the sun are not a joke. Apply some sun screen to your hands (along with the rest of your body) if you plan on spending a lot of time in the sun this year. This includes swimming, gardening, or even hiking. For people who commute often, be sure to protect the arm and hand closest to the driver-side window.
