Wear Gloves During Household Chores
There are a couple of reasons you should be wearing dish washing gloves for household chores. First off, cleaners, even just simple dish washing fluid, and hot water do terrible things to your skin. Anyone who has had a dish washing job can attest to that!
You can protect your skin from irritants and chemicals and those too-hot temperatures by wearing gloves. This is incredibly important if you have any small cuts or scrapes on your hands, since washing dishes can sometimes irritate those injuries.
Wearing gloves will also preserve your manicure. Even after five minutes of exposure to water, your fingernails and skin will start to weaken. If you enjoy having your nails done and want the benefits of your latest spa treatment to last longer than a day, you had best slip on some latex (or latex-free) gloves before getting to work.
Plus, wiping down appliances and counters and other places around your house with cleaners is going to be much easier with gloves.
