How to Avoid Overeating During the Holiday Season
Don’t let this one day of all-you-can-eat festivities ruin your health. Although some of the negative effects may be short-lived, such as being unable to sleep after that heavy dinner, you should still try to eat responsibly. Eat in smaller portions, avoid loading up on the fatty foods, eat slowly, and stop when you feel full. Save some stomach space for next year!
