Many tumors can affect our mental health. Masses in the frontal lobe can cause changes in your judgment. In addition, people may have depression, anxiety, irrational fear, and other out of control emotions. Some people with lesions of the frontal lobe even become aggressive toward others or develop disturbing sexual behaviors.
Changes in a person’s personality are always a red flag that something is wrong in their cerebrum. Although we do not always realize it, our brains are responsible for much of our personality and other traits that we feel make us unique. If your loved one seems like a different person recently or has no self control, they should consult a doctor immediately.
