Sore Throat Soother
Do you often find yourself suffering through a scratchy, itchy throat and coughing? Although apple cider vinegar cannot immediately banish the cause of sore throats, especially if it has something to do with a cold or bacterial infection, it can help with the pain. All you need to do is gargle some diluted apple cider vinegar once per day. You can also add some honey or cayenne pepper, since both additions have anti-inflammatory and antibacterial properties as well.
Of course, apple cider vinegar is known for killing bacteria too. The acid will fight the germs or bacteria while the honey or cayenne pepper works against the pain. Keep in mind that you should always gargle diluted ACV. Unfiltered apple cider vinegar is highly acidic, so gargling an undiluted mixture can actually cause far more irritation or even major burns if you are not careful.
