Show Kindness and Compassion
We’re all guilty of safeguarding our love, as if it’s finite and going to disappear. But that’s a poor notion of what emotions are like. Love and compassion never fade. Love is free to give away, and you always get it back in some form.
Make a habit to show some kindness and compassion to your fellow humankind, animals, and planet. Do at least one good deed, like picking up garbage, calling a friend who might be depressed, donate clothing, or volunteering at the local animal shelter. The opportunities are endless.
