Sleep Well
Never, ever sacrifice your sleep for anything. You will regret it. Sleep deprivation kills—it kills your productivity, your mood, and even your brain if you continuously miss out on well-deserved rest. While there are geniuses who can function on 3-5 hours of sleep a day, most people need 7-8 hours of undisturbed sleep to function properly.
Without those 7-8 hours, your body will not be able to heal. You will lower your immune system. You will be trapped in brain fog all day long.
So sleep well. Get into the habit of setting a consistent sleep and walking time. Turn off all electronics at least 30 minutes before bed. If you have trouble getting to sleep at first, try some melatonin or do some restorative yoga before to relax.
