Swollen Joints
One of the classic telltale signs of lupus. Consult with your doctor at any time you begin to feel pain, stiffness or experience visible swelling in your joints. Joint inflammation may start out gradually, but they build up over time to full flare-ups. Note that inflamed joints can also indicate arthritis, so it’s best to make sure by making note of any other symptoms you may be experiencing to rule out arthritis over lupus. Turmeric supplements can help bring down the joint swelling temporarily.
