Fatigue
Being constantly fatigued is a relative sign that you may have lupus. The John Hopkins Lupus Center states that more than 90% of lupus patients are marked by varying levels of fatigue. Consult with your physician if you begin to feel tired in the middle of the day even as you have had 8 hours of sleep. Doctors recommend going to bed an hour earlier each day to combat the effects of fatigue.
