Feeling tired all the time is not an uncommon experience, especially since almost 40% of American adults suffer from some kind of sleep issue. If cancerous polyps are torn, it could cause bleeding, which can lead to low iron levels, also known as anemia.
As stated above, it is always better to speak to your doctor and rule our more serious concerns like colon cancer than to assume that it is a less serious health concern (or none at all).
