Wear Masks
With inadequate ventilation in the office space, there’s a high probability airborne germs will build up. In such a constricted place, an infected worker can quickly spread airborne diseases to others by coughing or sneezing. By wearing a surgical mask in the office, it is easier to contain these airborne diseases. Remember, a typical surgical mask does not protect you from germs, but it can work to protect you from coming in contact with aerosol germs emitted when an infected subject sneezes or coughs. Equally, it also prevents you from spreading aerosol germs when you cough or sneeze.
It is essential to wear a mask in an office space, especially if you work in a communal area or small constricted spaces. A mask ensures that you protect yourself from airborne germs and diseases.
