Use Tweezers
After disinfecting the area, use tweezers to remove the tick carefully. Remember, you need to hold the tweezers firmly since ticks are small and you don’t want to lose grip. You should target the tick’s head (near the head/mouth as possible) without splitting the tick. The tweezers should be perpendicular to the tick’s body. Pull steadily without twisting and apply some disinfectant on the bite area.
