Things Every Man Can Do To Avoid Going Bald

Avoid Foods linked to Thinning Hair

Dairy products, corn, gluten, soy, preservatives and food colorings and additives have been linked to poor hair growth. Such foods are highly inflammatory and capable of accelerating hair loss especially among individuals genetically predisposed to baldness. Stay away from any foods with trans fats like corn, soybean or vegetable oil. You should also avoid processed foods, alcohol, refined sugar and caffeine.

Consuming too much caffeine can reduce the levels of hormones needed to promote normal hair growth. Caffeine can also cause dehydration which also impacts hair health negatively. To avoid going bald, replace as many packaged and processed foods with fresh fruits and vegetables whenever possible to supply your body with an adequate amount of nutrients needed to stop balding and promote re-growth.
