Below are some great examples of foods you can incorporate in your Paleo diet meals.

Breakfast: Free-range scrambled eggs (in olive oil) with some chopped parsley, fresh seasonal fruit (like grapefruit) and herbal tea.

Lunch: Garden salad with some chicken and lemon dressing. Herbal tea (optional).

Dinner: Grilled skinless turkey breast with tomato slices, avocado, steamed broccoli, carrots, artichokes, fresh blueberries, raisins, almonds, and a glass of mineral water.

Snacks: You can take apple slices, sliced lean beef, raw walnuts as well as fresh seasonal fruits like apricots in between meals.
