Internal Bleeding

There are many reasons someone would get internal bleeding. Damaged blood vessels from high blood pressure, stroke, or aneurysms can cause internal bleeding. Sometimes, you lack clotting factors, especially if you have been diagnosed with hepatitis or cirrhosis of the liver.

Some medications can damage your organs or thin the blood enough to cause bleeding. Other conditions like hemorrhoids, cancer, ulcers, gastritis, and unidentified injuries may cause undetected bleeding and eventually lead to anemia.
