    Fatigue

    Most people with COPD complain of fatigue among other symptoms. The disease damages the lungs and makes them work harder for basic functions like breathing. This causes suffers to experience extreme energy shortfalls referred to as chronic fatigue. This type of fatigue can’t be gotten rid of quickly. It is not the same as the fatigue you experience when you haven’t taken breakfast. Chronic fatigue caused by COPD makes it increasingly difficult to perform basic functions. Although it is challenging to do anything especially exercise when you have chronic fatigue, exercising helps to get rid of the problem.
