Polyuria and Diabetes Insipidus
Polyuria, is a fancy name for an excessive release of urine. Due to this increase in the output of urine, thirst is also increased, usually to the point where a person with this condition feels as though they cannot satiate this thirst. This ends up being a vicious cycle as the more they drink, they more they need to urinate. This need to urinate can influence daily life. For instance, long road trips could be next to impossible.
