Abdominal Pain
Indigestion and abdominal pain becomes more frequent as you get older. Over time, the body will form new food intolerances or many struggle to digest different foods. As a result, you might end up feeling gassy, bloated, constipated, or nauseous.
There are a number of ways to combat abdominal pain. The first is to figure out what is causing the pain. You might have become lactose intolerant or have a gluten allergy. You might no longer be able to stomach raw vegetables. Next, if you don’t have any underlying issues, you can try digestive aids, such as drinking peppermint tea after a meal.
Keep in mind that abdominal pain can be caused by a number of problems, even ones that are more serious, like growths in the gastrointestinal tract. Talk to your doctor about the problem to see if you should be concerned.
