Volunteer
Becoming a volunteer is by far the easiest way to make meaningful friends in your 30s. Think about it; who doesn’t want to be friends with someone who spends some of their time, resources and effort helping others? Find a homeless shelter, animal shelter, worship center and ask how you can help. Besides having the opportunity to befriend some really nice people, you will also do something useful in the process and perhaps change someone’s life for the better. Volunteering is 100% effective as long as you choose an activity that is dear to your heart.
