But what you may not know is that of all the exercises available, dance is one of the best for your immune system. It combines two things that your body and mind need to work well. Those things are movement and music.

    It’s not just plants that are healthier when they listen to music. There’s a lot of research out there that shows the correlation between listening to music while working out and improved antibody production.

    If that wasn’t enough to surprise you, it may shock you to know that music can work wonders even for individuals who are sedated during surgery. There is even evidence that dance can stave off the effects of dementia. This is because when you dance, there is some choreography involved.
