Outdoor Scavenger Hunt
Have children who love hunting for Easter eggs? Then you should think about giving them a more epic quest. Outdoor scavenger hunts are great entertainment for the whole group, regardless of age. Whether you are spending the day in the backyard for a children’s birthday or on a camping trip, you can come up with a list of easily retrievable items from the surroundings for people to go out searching for. You can also hide certain items in specific places for bigger prizes.
Depending on how you decide to set up the outdoor scavenger hunt, you could pair a child with an adult or let older kids help out the younger ones. Optionally, the participants can go it alone, depending on the level of difficulty of the clues. You can even make it a race to see who will finish first or set a time limit to see who can find the most hidden items on the list. Either way, an outdoor scavenger hunt can be educational and entertaining for everyone involved.
