Fruit Juice
As kids, we believed drinking fruit juice was healthy—because it came from fruit. We’re only know realizing how dangerous fruit juice can be for the young and old. Fruit juice might be extracted from fruit, but it is nowhere near as healthy as a piece of real fruit. Juices are devoid of the vitamins, nutrients, and fiber that make fruits wholesome. Moreover, most fruit juices have been pumped full of sugars. Without fiber and a heap of sugar, you are signing yourself up for spiked blood glucose levels and afternoon crashes. That sugar also won’t help your teeth.
