Imbalance
Every step you take is tightly coordinated in your cerebellum. Most people do not realize the constant hard work that occurs in their brains. However, if you have a mass affecting your cerebellum or parietal lobe, the results will become obvious in your loss of balance and ability to move your body in a coordinated manner.
These areas coordinate the movement you wish to make with input from your senses. This allows you to move in a coordinated manner while not falling over objects around you. In addition, areas of the primary motor cortex help you to balance your entire body. People with tumors in this region may lean to one side or the other rather than walking in a balanced way.
