Bloating
Bloating is another symptom that people often overlook. Apart from hormonal changes and a lot of salt, bloating is a symptom of ovarian, pancreatic, colon, and stomach cancers.
Another symptom you shouldn’t discredit would be anemia. Countless medical problems cause anemia, but cancer has been a historical cause of a lack of red blood cells. Cancers involved with blood and bone marrow, such as bone cancer, myeloma, lymphoma, and leukemia will cause anemia. Furthermore, bleeding in the digestive tract from stomach or colon cancer will contribute to anemia.
