Longevity In A Mug
Coffee could be a key to unlocking eternal youth. The beans and the beverage are both full of antioxidants. Our bodies use antioxidants to fight off free radicals, which cause things like cancer. Furthermore, drinking coffee can reduce the risk of developing heart disease, Parkinson’s disease, and type II diabetes. Several studies have found that coffee drinks even have a 65% lower risk of getting Alzheimer’s. A single cup of coffee also contains essential nutrients like riboflavin (vitamin B2), pantothenic acid (vitamin B5), magnesium, niacin, manganese, and potassium.
Remember, though, that coffee in moderation is the key. Don’t go drinking hundreds of cups with the hop of becoming immortal—because then you’ll be faced with the reality of caffeine’s killer side effects.
