Now, while coffee boasts numerous benefits, we must remember that too much of a good thing is always going to be bad for us. Coffee can indeed kill you—but only if you’ve drunk copious amounts in a short amount of time. Health experts have found that caffeine overdose is possible from coffee. Just how many cups could seal your fate, though? Anywhere from 80-100 cups. You might scoff at that, but if you’re not using powdered coffee correctly and eating or drinking other sources of caffeine, you could very easily overdose on caffeine.
