Cold Brew Coffee Is Pricey
Not to be confused with iced coffee, which is just hot coffee cooled down with ice cubes, cold brew coffee is the next great thing in the coffee world. Because cold brew coffee requires more time and resources to make, it has a much higher price tag than hot coffee. In fact, a single batch of cold brew coffee takes about 48 hours to make! Cold brew coffee is usually brewed twice to help enhance flavor that is lost during the preliminary brewing. Plus, cold brew has lower acidity and sweeter notes.
