Don’t Get Frustrated
Don’t get frustrated when your run isn’t great – it happens to everyone. Shake it off and start again tomorrow. Try not to compete with others, instead, focus on how lucky you are that you have the opportunity and capability to run (it’s not something everyone has the luxury of doing).
Focus on the enjoyment of the moment, rather than the result. With the right attitude, you’ll notice small improvements in your run over time.
