What’s Your Theme Song?
You may not be Rocky, but if you can find the right music track for your run you’ll not only enjoy it more, but it can also help you maximize your rhythm and cadence. Finding your personal rhythm isn’t an easy task – you might find that the music you enjoy listening to isn’t ideal for running to. You’ll need to do some experimentation to get the right type of music, and in the right order (you may want something fast in the middle of your run, and something a little slower for your cool down).
