You will NOT get the flu from a flu shot.
Some people swear that they get the flu due to the flu shot itself. However, that is not the case. while, there are some side effects to the vaccine such as a runny nose or upset stomach, these are indicators that your body is working.
These side effects usually only last a say or two, nothing compared to how long the actual flu usually lasts. Another reason for these symptoms is due to the fact that you may have already been infected with the flu (which we will discuss below).
