Lumps
Lumps and/or bumps are often benign. However, they are also the most common signs of certain types of cancer such as breast cancer or testicular cancer. Therefore, it is suggested to check your breasts for any lump or bump that has developed and to do the same for those who have testicles.
These lumps or bumps can be tumors and can be quite small and usually are not painful; so no matter how small it is better to be sure and to ask your doctor about them and they will likely conduct a biopsy of the lump in order to check for cancer cells. For instance, breast cancer is most often diagnosed after the finding of a lump on the breast.
