Abnormal Vaginal Discharge Or Bleeding
Spotting between menstrual periods is not uncommon. However, if you experience bleeding or unusual discharge between periods that is abnormal for you it could be a sign of cervical cancer. Other symptoms include painful or bloody urination or pain during penetrative sex. Make sure to speak to your doctor if you experience abnormal bleeding for longer than two days that is not associated with a period. Early signs of cervical cancer can be detected by a pap smear.
